MBTS - WOW! I received my MBT’s about a week ago and so far, so good. I was very wary, especially about the sizing. I’m a 7 1/2 and read some reviews where people have either have to go a size lower or half a size higher. I ordered the 7 1/2’s and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. Also I don’t’ agree about the “ugly” factor so often mentioned in the reviews. It definitely has a different look, but I would not call them “ugly”. So far I’ve taken a couple walks (about 30 minutes each) and just today decided to try out a Kickboxing routine that I’ve been doing for a while. I can’t believe the difference in both the walking and other exercises. The intensity is incredible MBT Voi Shoes. No discomfort so far and when I walk, I feel like I have much more energy. The one complaint (although minor) is the one concerning those annoying shoelaces! It is tough to keep them tied, Women’s Swiss Masai Shoes, Free Shipping. They may be ugly, but they’re amazing! There’s no denying that these shoes are fairly unattractive, but it’s easy to get over your self-consciousness quickly once you discover how awesome they feel. I wear my MBT’s every chance I get, and I’ve even started parking farther away from my destination just so I can get in some extra walking with them on. When I first started wearing them, I had sore gluteus muscles for a couple of days, and then my calves and hamstrings followed suit. Once I broke them in, they became the most comfortable shoes, and I love how they engage my core & butt while working out muscles in my legs that have been very neglected. If these shoes weren’t so incredibly expensive, I’d own ten pairs. I’m saving-up to get the higher ones next.

Not your usual tennis shoe - I have had a slight problem finding the right fit with this shoe. I ordered a half size larger because of reading other reviews but found them to be too large. Then I ordered my usual tennis shoe size and still felt the heel slip a little so I ordered a half size smaller but the toe area felt too snug so I am going with my usual size and will just wear thicker socks. They have a very generous toe area. I found it easy to adjust to this shoe and I enjoy wearing them. I do feel that they make me stand straighter but I haven’t had them long enough to see if they make a difference with my knee problems or other benefits.

MBT Sport Low, Women’s 9.5 - I was nervous about getting this shoe because of 1) the price and 2) the elaborate “breaking in” instructions. I’ve been wearing the shoes every day for 17 days now and find them very comfortable. I was cautious at first about wearing them too long, but after the second day I started wearing them all day to work and ’til 9:00pm at home with no ill effects. I definitely feel my calf, thigh and butt muscles working while I’m walking and even just standing. MBT Voi Sneakers. Can’t really tell if I’m getting any more toned, but my daughters seem to think so. We’ll see. I think they look nice but clunky, but several people have complimented me on their appearance, so go figure!

They are ugly but worth it… I got these in gray b/c they seem the least conspicuous…friends have white and black and the ugly factor is more noticeable. So why pay a fortune for ugly shoes? They really up your work-out. You walk a couple of miles in these and your legs will really feel it. The shape forces your muscles to do more of the work and takes the pressure off your joints (why physical therapists want people to re-hab on sand). I double tie them so the laces stay tied. Run a bit small. Wear them around your house the first day or so…watch the DVD that comes with them.

Ugly but comfortable - I just got these shoes and they are really pretty hideous. I am at work wearing them right now and I feel people have made comments like “Hmmm, those are interesting shoes.” They ARE extremely comfortable, though, hopefully, they will do something for my posture and for the tone of my legs!! BTW, I usually wear an 8, and I got these in a 9 and they are perfect size-wise.

A Surprising Shoe! I saw the MBT in a shoe store and it looked so unusual that I was intrigued. I read the reviews on Zappos and decided to at least try a pair at home to see what they were like. They are different from any shoe I have ever worn! But I LOVE them! It took me about an hour of wearing them around the house to feel comfortable with the “rocker design” but now I find I crave them! If I’m feeling achy or tired I go in and put them on and I immediately feel better. My posture has improved and it is truly like walking on a cloud! These are amazing shoes!! I ordered my normal street shoe size and they fit fine although if I wear thin socks I do have to cinch them tighter. They are so comfortable, truly well made and, while I thought I would never pay this price for a shoe — I think they’re worth it! Thanks to Zappos, too, for the wonderful service and the chance to try these shoes in the comfort of my own home!

Comfortable shoe - I absolutely love this shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe has helped this condition. I walk more upright than before so my back does not hurt anymore and my feet feel great. I was very tentative about the cost, but feel the shoe was worth the expense. I plan to buy a pair of sandals next summer. Does take a little bit of time to get used of standing and walking, but once mastered, your feet feel great. They may look heavy, but they do not feel heavy.

MBT Sport Low - Career Waitress here…Great shoes! I normally wear 8, bought 8.5, perfect fit. Ran errands in them for a few hours and noticed I was engaging muscles I don’t normally use.
